This was admittedly scumptious!!! I made a couple of changes, however. I used brown rice and used more rice than the recipe called for. I did non use jalepenos because I didn't have any. I added some garlic equally another reviewer suggested, and as well i/iv tsp white pepper for a piddling kick. I also added about one-half a cup of jullienned carrots, which I sauteed with the onions. They were delicious! I topped it with bread crumbs, too. And I actually omitted the cheese entirely, merely the practiced news is I didn't miss it AT ALL - if you're trying to cut dorsum on calories, don't be afraid to leave out the cheese! It'due south the kind of recipe yous can really play with to adapt your tastes - wonderful, I will exist making information technology once more and again!
12/29/2007
This was wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly only substituting real shredded cheddar for the processed cheese. I also covered the top in shredded cheese. Wow! we loved it. I am certain this dish could also be made without the hot peppers and still be delicious for those who don't similar their food with a kick. Thanks for this delicious recipe!

This dish was amazing! I'm not a big spinach fan, but I admittedly loved this! I used fresh spinach sauteed with garlic & olive oil and foam of mushroom soup. i have made information technology a few times now and anybody raves almost it. Cheers for such a great recipe!
11/09/2006
I thought this was an splendid dish. I did not have the peppers so I added a little garlic, however, I did feel that information technology would have been better with some kind of topping on it...maybe some buttered bread crumbs. I will make it once again. Everyone in my family unit liked it.
03/28/2009
Until I learn how to edit my own recipes I will write a review. I usually apply 1 loving cup of uncooked rice. If I don't have fresh jalapeno, I add jar jalapeno to my liking. More milk may be added. I am a "sense of taste as you go" cook, so it'south hard to get the measurements correct. Promise you lot all enjoy!
06/08/2006
This was very skillful, Creamy and it had a lot of flavor. I used foam of mushroom soup, since I didn't take the foam of chicken on hand. I also added near a cup of cooked lentles left over from dinner the night earlier. It gave the rice a overnice richness with the spinach. Even my husband liked it and he doesn't care for spinach much at all.
08/24/2005
Delicious! I used creole seasoning instead of jalepeno peppers. Tasty, cheesy, and delicious.
08/24/2006
I am a cook at a assisted living facility and I made this scaled to fit for 48 people. They loved information technology and and so did the staff. I used craven gravy since i was out of soup and it turned out keen!! What a great recipe. It is definetly going on the carte du jour! Thanks,J:)
01/23/2012
This was crawly! Super creamy and flavorful. I made quite a few changes, based on what I had in the kitchen. Subbed cream of mushroom soup for the cream of chicken. Subbed brown rice for the white- followed the cooking recipe on the bag, and used a full cup of uncooked rice. I had fresh spinach that needed to be used, and then I chopped it and added it to the onions until it wilted. I used almost 6 cups of fresh spinach instead of the frozen. I also used a shredded combo of cheddar/jack instead of the processed cheese. Yummy!
09/xx/2011
Delicious! I used chicken broth instead of water. Instead of cubing the cheese I cut it in sparse slices and put one-half the spinach mixture in the dish, and so layered it with the cheese and so topped it with more than mixture ( this method gives information technology a more gooey cheese taste and looks nice). I as well took the communication form another reviewer and added carrots, topped with staff of life crumbs and additional cheese. Turned out great and everyone really loved it.
09/04/2011
It was good, but it took to long to prepare and make. I feel similar simply cooking the rice and adding spinach and cream of chicken would have been just equally good in the terminate.
04/16/2007
At first, I wasn't too sure about the jalapeno but the rut turned out to exist very subtle and this dish tasted delicious.
02/21/2010
YUM!! I didn't have any jalapeno'south and so omitted them. I took the advice of i poster and sauteed some carrots in with the onions. Added a nice color. I also used fresh spiniach and real cheddar, cubed. I tossed that in just equally it went into the oven. Super easy so yummy! Will definately make this over again. Thanks for the recipe!
11/27/2009
WOW! This was amazing! I did tweak information technology a niggling for our tastes. I used fresh spinach and added it to the onion one-half way to tender, added a tablespoon of minced garlic and halved the cheese with shredded cheddar and Monterrey Jack, then sprinkled some cheese on top to dark-brown. My husband will not eat spinach and this was a slap-up fashion to get some in him. He loved it. I volition brand this often!
01/07/2007
One of the best! Added a scrap more milk equally I idea it was a little too thick. Tried to exist piece of cake on the cheese - used one slice of processed chopped upwards and grated a chip of brick to mix in as well. The jalapenos were perfect. Only had 1/2 pkg of frozen spinach and so besides cooked up and used a pkg of fresh. Put everything together the dark before, covered with foil ready to pop into the oven the adjacent day, took foil off half way. Wonderful! Thank you.
08/02/2010
REALLY REALLY good; nosotros frequent restaurants which serve a similar baked cheesy spinach/rice dish; this would rival any of those. I would highly recommend using real shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and topping with panko breadcrumbs before blistering.
04/08/2011
I have nvr had anything like this b4 but I had some fresh spinach I needed to use so I found this recipe. I just cooked it in a microwave vegetable steamer and spread it out to dry on a towel while the rice cooked. I used garlic in place of onion since my husband hates onion. I also used cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken b/c I am vegetarian. And chocolate-brown rice instead of white and real cheese shredded as per suggestions here. delicious!
06/25/2011
This was super practiced. I like HOT nutrient and then I left the seeds in the Jalapenos, which I would not recommend unless yous can handle the heat.
xi/23/2009
WAYYYY to hot. And we like spicy, merely this dish should non be spicy, it overpowers the spinich taste.
08/thirty/2011
Very skillful! I'd like to endeavor to brand it a bit more creamy and use information technology every bit a dip! Yum! Thank you
03/10/2011
This was very practiced. I love spinach so I am always on the lookout for smashing ways to prepare it. Adjacent time I might simplify it past using the Mexican Velveeta and leaving out the jalapenos. Loved the spicy flavour with the spinach, I was pleasantly surprised.
04/03/2011
Because I have niggling ones, I couldn't utilize the jalapenos. Per the suggestion of others, I substituted them with garlic. I as well used fresh spinach instead of frozen. Everyone enjoyed information technology. There weren't fifty-fifty any leftovers.
07/24/2012
a good side dish, i left out the jalapenos and subbed cream of chicken for mushroom. doubled the recipe. taste was okay, but it was quick which is what i needed.
07/eleven/2008
Fifty-fifty though I had to use what was bachelor in the kitchen this is a great combo of ingredients and I will have to get the peppers for the adjacent meal. I used fresh spinach, wild rice, foam of mushroom, white onions and gouda cheese. Thanks it went well with the roasted craven!
xi/27/2008
Except for omitting the jalapeno peppers, calculation 2 small-scale cloves of garlic, and a bit of milk before blistering (because I mixed it the day before and much of the liquid had been absorbed) I prepared this for a Thanksgiving get together. Some people idea it was a casserole...Others thought it was a dip. Everyone loved it. Received several requests for the recipe. ELI3LEG thanks!!!
x/17/2011
Loved this dish! I made small changes though - I added garlic - feta cheese and used cream of mushroom soup (that'due south all I had)to the mixture. My husband loved this and my son ate all his portion fifty-fifty though he was sick. It'due south a keeper. Thank you
04/04/2011
Very yummy and spicy. I cutting back on the amount of jalapeños and it was still pretty spicy. Loved it!
03/08/2012
This was very good. Made this last night, and my husband cleaned his plate. Made due west/fresh spinach and mushrooms likewise every bit cream of mushroom soup and wild rice medley. Wilted the spinach while I sauteed the mushrooms and onions. Delicious!
11/fifteen/2014
I made this today, merely made and then much modification based on the other reviewers. The star ii is based on the original, equally it would take been 2-star had I fabricated this without modification, this is why: I would definitely increment the amount of rice to 1 cup for 6 servings (i/iii cup is simply not enough for 6). I would as well increment the milk to ane/2 cup, not 1/4 cup for more smoothen texture. And so, modify the amount of salt accordingly based on the liking. 1/2 tea spoons of salt for 1/3 cup rice mixture is way likewise salty and unhealthy to me, considering the fact that salt is already in the soup and cheese on pinnacle. Besides I remember 1 can of soup mix (10.75 oz) and 4 oz cheese for 1/3 cup ascent is not the right proportion, need more rice.
06/09/2012
I followed this recipe exactly, except I used about 4 cups of fresh spinach and topped the baked dish with Mexican Cojita white cheese crumbles. The one affair that I would modify is that I would cut way dorsum on the common salt, or go out information technology out altogether. Otherwise it was a corking dish.
02/11/2012
Wow, this is great! I made a couple changes to accomodate for the ingredients I had on paw. I used cream of celery soup, used green bell pepper and hot scarlet pepper flakes instead of jalapeno'due south and a tablespoon of cream cheese instead of the processed cheese. Very flavourful and rich!
08/31/2012
Delicious! I fabricated a few small changes to suit my family unit. I used i cup of rice instead of 1/3. I also didn't bother to add the rice to the skillet. I cooked the soup mixture and spinach in a pot on the stove. I then poured this mixture over the rice in the baking dish and mixed in some mushrooms. I and then topped it with mozzarella cheese (instead of the processed), and Italian bread crumbs. I will definitely be making this over again
10/29/2009
Awesome. I used jarred and drained jalapenos... and I would definitely use less next time or fresh jalapenos.
x/27/2011
A delicious side! The jalapenos added a lovely kick and I volition definitely brand this over again.
05/29/2011
I loved this too as my husband..
07/27/2011
Really skilful!
01/10/2013
Information technology was great and like shooting fish in a barrel. I used fresh spinach and added it to the onion at the end of cooking. I too added a couple of small carrots. I would suggest mixing the soup, milk, and peppers in the skillet with the veggies to reduce the amount of dishes. It worked just fine.
09/19/2012
Used fresh spinach, cream of mushroom soup, brownish rice, maybe 1/eight cup of "jalapeno salsa", no salt, no cheese, no real jalapenos. Loved information technology!!
03/27/2011
Unbelievably delicious!
04/21/2010
Later having this awesome meal at my sister-in-police's I took it dwelling to testify the fiance. I learnt from her dish to one-half the blcok of frozen spinach (I froze the rest for a second meal). I also doubled the rice, but used a wild rice medley instead. I used grated swiss cheese to complement the chicken cordon bleu 2 recipe on the site that nosotros were having for the chief dish. When the cook fourth dimension was over, I added a thin layer of swiss and cheddar cheese on top and baked it until the cheese browned. Information technology was absolutely fantastic!
04/17/2010
Fantabulous side for beer tin can chicken.
08/25/2012
This is good! I omitted jalapeno's as I don't like them and used 1 cup brown rice (cooked in 2 cups h2o for about thirty minutes before adding to everything else). I had about nine oz of fresh spinach that I pureed in my Vitamix and mixed it into the rice mixture and used shredded cheddar instead of cubed cheese. I really similar this and call up information technology's a slap-up way to get in some extra veggies to my families diet! I would omit the salt next time, with the cheese and soup information technology really isn't needed and tastes a little salty to me. Since I used brown rice it wasn't fully cooked even later on the blistering time, so next time I'd just make sure my rice was fully cooked earlier mixing together and baking. :) My son who "hates" spinach said it's "awesome". Yay! :)
03/22/2009
I doubled the rice, h2o, and milk amounts....didn't take jalapeno then I added most 1/4 tsp red pepper and used 1/8 tsp of of black pepper. also put on some french friend onions on peak for the last few minutes of baking
01/22/2010

10/06/2008
I fabricated this for Sunday lunch and everyone loved information technology. I had to put another recipe in the oven during dinner so we could accept seconds! I left out the cheese product and it had peachy consistency. This will accept a identify on our tabular array for a long time.
01/07/2010
We picked this for dinner this night simply because we were missing one ingredient for the recipe we'd originally planned (found the 2yr old dumping an entire container of parmesan onto the kitchen floor this morning!). Pleasant surprise - it was great! We omitted the jalepenos simply used most 1 Tbsp of diced green chilis equally our family doesn't similar much spice. Used sour cream instead of milk, and topped the baking dish with crushed Ritz crackers & a sprinkling of poppy seeds instead of butter. Served with broiled chicken and it was Corking, fifty-fifty the 2yr former ate well.
02/24/2014
I made with fresh spinach and more than rice. I also only had pickled jalapenos which worked ok, only could accept been left out if y'all don't want spice.
09/30/2008
I made this recipe, simply used about 3 cups cooked rice (Zatarain'due south), iii/4th'due south of a bag (9 oz.) of fresh spinach, 1/2 small-scale green pepper (don't like jalapenos and didn't take any greenish chilies), and added 1/2 cup julienned carrots and used garlic powder. I cooked the carrots and green pepper with the onions and spinach separately. I sprinkled the top with cheese instead of adding it to the mix. It was delicious. This recipe is and then versatile. A real keeper. Thanks!
10/02/2009
Yummy! The just things I did different was I doubled the corporeality of rice and I used brown instead of white. This got my 8 year onetime (and myself) to actually eat our spinach! The 4 twelvemonth old was skeptical but she ate some. DH admittedly loved information technology. I will be making this once again I am sure.
06/xix/2009
This recipe was a striking in my firm. I used canned jalapenos and tend to accept a heavy manus with annihilation spicy but everyone ranted and raved. I followed the recipe for the most function and but modified a few things. I did add together a can of quartered artichokes that I diced and tossed in. I besides just used shredded cheddar merely thought it would exist a nice add-on to put shredded parmesan in as well. I just did a small amount of the parmesan in the mix, but did spread a proficient amount on acme of the dish right before baking! It came out so wonderful and I can't await to make it again. Thanks for the recipe!
01/22/2012
This recipe is so great! I fabricated a few changes- skipping the onion sautéing and just addinginced onions with rice. I mixed everything right in the baking dish too. I doubled it and jut used a 16 oz purse of spinach. I also used cheddar instead of velveeta, as we adopt the cheddar. Very creamy and delicious- my spinach hating husband even canonical! Thanks!
03/16/2012
Quick, easy and yummy!
xi/27/2013
This recipe turns any spinach hater to a spinach lover. I've made this dish as stated and it was awesome. It is fifty-fifty ameliorate with cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken. You tin even make information technology child friendly by omitting the jalapenos (nosotros similar this the best). This is a great Holiday recipe for the entire family. Cheers then much for sharing.
09/05/2012
Super adept! Used jasmine rice considering that'due south what I had, and for the aforementioned reason used shredded cheddar. Used Tabasco jalapeno sauce because I didn't accept peppers. Served this with Mexican fish and blackness beans. Both recipes from this site. Better than any Mexican eating house!
08/17/2008
Smashing & delicious!!
08/30/2020
Succulent. I had lots of leftover rice from Chinese dinner the night before so I tried this recipe. I didn't have any jalapeños and then I added red pepper flakes. I will definitely brand this again. Big hit with the family.
10/24/2014
This recipe was really bang-up. I made a few substitutions: I used Campbell'southward Cream of Chicken Mushroom soup. Added an entire container of sliced mushrooms (sautéed with the onion), omitted the jalapeño, and since I'm not a fan of processed cheese, I topped everything with a layer of breadcrumbs and shredded sharp cheddar. Delicious!
08/06/2007
This was excellent. I followed the recipe exactly except added the jalepeno seeds and all as we similar spicy! It was not also spicy and had a overnice kicking! Thanks for a existent keeper.
04/08/2017
Loved this, merely made the following changes based on preference and ingredients on hand. Added mushrooms that were sautéed with the onions and garlic, used shredded precipitous cheddar cheese, and added panko breadcrumbs as the topper. Was very hearty and easy to play with. The 2d time I went to make this my toaster oven blew on me earlier I was set to pop it in the oven, and then I simmered on low, stirred frequently to prevent called-for (15-20 minutes or so), and it turned out great, the but thing missing was the breadcrumbs!
03/18/2013
This recipe was good because that I don't cook too often. I added some beef (cutting up into bite size pieces). Tasted Great!
04/30/2014
I made it as directed and it was merely OK. It's too cheesy and not enough rice for me. I used canned diced jalapeno and fresh spinach. I recall I'll stick with just sauteing it with garlic.
02/17/2017
Very overnice! Everyone enjoyed this. If you lot accept some peas in you lot freezer, I recommend adding adding some when you lot add the spinach- very tasty addition to a lovely recipe.
08/09/2007
This was an excellent dish which my husband really enjoyed. We used fresh spinach from the garden and vegetable stock water instead of chicken broth and it was still very yummy. Nosotros had to use jalapenos from alkali since we were unable to obtain any fresh ones and I call up nosotros may accept used a chip too many as it was quite hot/spicy later it was baked! Yous could alter this recipe in many ways and it would still be very yummy. Next time I'm trying mushrooms instead of jalapenos.
06/03/2013
I used cream of mushroom soup instead of craven, garlic instead of onions, omitted the peppers and cheese, used more rice and added bread crumbs on top. It turned out great, very yummy!
06/29/2015
I make this regularly now without the jalapeños. I use one cup rice and two cups chicken broth instead of water. I also use marble cheese. I've tried it with cream of mushroom soup too. Very tasty!
04/30/2016
This is a great recipe, and very quick. I doubled it and used barley instead of rice. Instead of jalapenos I simply put in a chopped bell pepper and put in some cayenne. I used real grated cheese. Turned out delicious!
06/25/2019
I followed the directions for the almost part. Add some garlic powder and cutting the jalapeños in one-half. But other wise was awesome and went over well!
12/24/2014
Creamy, cheesy, and spicy! What more could you ask for? I made this almost exactly as is, but added an extra cup of rice and topped it with shredded cheddar cheese before blistering. I also just added the chopped jalapenos to half of the casserole and so my little ones could swallow it, too. Adjacent time I'd like to endeavor it with garlic like others suggested, just overall, succulent! Give thanks you!
07/12/2015
My family unit and I love this repast. Nosotros make information technology over and over again. I cube cheddar or Colby Monterey Jack cheese. I besides eliminate the jalapeño pepper and onion and replace with a chopped red pepper. Even the kids love it. Quick and piece of cake.
02/10/2014
Succulent! I fabricated it with a whole cup of brown rice instead of white, and I substituted shredded cheddar cheese. Since I didn't accept whatsoever jalapeños, I substituted about a one-half teaspoon of cayenne pepper - information technology had just the right amount of kick!
02/28/2019
Overrated
09/26/2013
Super easy! I wanted to hide some spinach in my bf'south luncheon, so I whipped this up before work one morning time. Subbed mushroom soup, vegetable stock for h2o, foam cheese for cubed, and added some paprika, chili powder and what turned out to exist too much crimson pepper flakes (half a pinch is enough!). Also added grated carrot and diced zucchini with the spinach just earlier the onions were washed sauteeing. Definitely crumble something crunchy on top! I used crushed rice crackers because it's what we had, simply literally anything works - Doritos are insane.
07/04/2016
This recipe is like shooting fish in a barrel to make and it is delicious. I added sautéed fresh herbs, and more rice. The family unit loved it. I will exist making this again for sure.
08/29/2013
I love, love, love this recipe!!! I brand it with original laughing moo-cow cheese instead of the orange stuff since I don't keep that on hand. I too add more than rice and love to throw some chicken or turkey in it from time to time! If you're into happy eating this is definitely worth a endeavour.
08/29/2017
I used orzo instead of rice (its what was in the pantry), also used fresh chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese (don't buy processed cheese). No jalepenos because it was for a family get together, but did pinnacle it with crunchy breaded onion pieces. and sour cream instead of the canned soup. It was a five star hit with everyone!!! vegetarians, those with chewing problems and good for you eaters! will make it once again and once again.
03/25/2007
My wife has given me the ok on this dish. I do most of the cooking particularly for her and I got to tell y'all this was some good stuff. I'thousand the recipe bandit and I've simply stole this ane. Watch out no one is condom. I'll exist back!
03/18/2019
Surprisingly delicious! The only thing I changed was I used greenish chili's in place of the jalapeño's because I didn't take any. I'll definitely make this again!
07/22/2010
Insanely succulent! I was really surprised how well this came out! I used sunflower oil instead of butter for less calories. I followed everything else, but instead of frying the rice on a pan before paw, I used apply some already cooked left over white rice. Came out great! My whole family unit loves it!
09/13/2015
This is an easy recipe to adapt to accommodate your taste, groceries on hand, cooking skill and/or laziness factor (lol). I used 2 C cooked rice, ane tin can Cream of craven soup, i can of cheddar cheese soup, and one tin of evaporated milk. Very yummy.
12/twenty/2010
Pretty good. Needs more rice.
09/10/2007
Very, very adept. I changed the recipe a flake. I sauteed fresh spinach and onions commencement. I didn't have whatever peppers, so I used pepper jack velveta cheese. My 6 year old loved it!
07/02/2006
I didn't modify anything and it came out great
06/ten/2017
They LOVED information technology!
04/xiv/2013
I loved this recipe! Here are the changes I fabricated for a hearty and scrumptious meal: 1) cooked the onion in butter and one/2 inch of water, added chicken sausage until cooked through; two) used shredded colby/jack cheese combo and added the cheese to the skillet mixture but before baking; iii) used 1/4 teaspoon cayenne and ane/4 teaspoon ancho chili pepper powders instead of jalapenos. This recipe turned out corking and I will exist nibbling on it all week! Thank you!!
02/06/2013
I didn't take a can of soup and so I added a combination of plain yogurt and sour cream. I spiced it up with a little garlic salt, parsely, celery salt and dry mustard. I also added some garlic to the onions. Likewise used cheddar instead of processed cheese. Delicious and my husband loved it.
01/xiii/2015
This was a lot of work, and information technology was a piffling disappointing. You end upwardly using a lot of dishes too. Fabricated exactly as recipe says and as i was making information technology realized it was a ton of chicken soup and velveeta for the amount of rice. I dearest flossy dishes but this is just too much.
07/28/2017
I pretty much followed the recipe but I did accept to make a couple modifications. I didn't have whatsoever jalapenos so I added a can of diced chiles. I used maybe 1/two cup of cheddar cheese (processed, ugh) which I didn't actually think it needed. I had a zucchini I had to utilise up then I added that which my husband commented that it gave the dish more texture. Next time I'll add together some other veggie. Mayhap broccoli; and I added fresh spinach. It was a little on the bland side so when I make information technology once more I will have to do something a little different. But overall, dandy.
08/12/2007
This was a very overnice dish. We all enjoyed it. I took a shortcut, and used infinitesimal rice. Also, used mexican velveeta cheese. Turned out but fine. Very spicy. Cheers for the postal service.
10/04/2019
Great recipe! Unproblematic ingredients, quick & like shooting fish in a barrel - a nice modify from basic rice. I followed the recipe but didn't have jalapeño so I used pepper jack cheese to substitute for the peppers and processed cheese. Really good with just a lilliputian bit of kick! Volition make it again and again.
08/29/2012
I made a variation on this the other night and WOW did it get over well. Even my notoriously picky brother practically inhaled it. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and cooked with olive oil instead of butter. I omitted the jalapenos, but added craven, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms. I also topped information technology with crushed up cheese garlic croutons. Fantastic! Making it once more this night!
02/02/2013
Awesome and succulent! My husband commented several times nearly how good it was, saying information technology was the best spinach he'd ever had. No processed cheese food in the firm, so used medium Cheddar.
xi/10/2020
Loved this recipe!! Even my picky girl said it was delicious! I used a 9x13 baking pan and one cup of brown rice. I didn't increase all the ingredients to match the amount of increased rice. Some ingredients I increased and some I kept the same. I used a whole onion, and extra spinach. I didn't have fresh jalapeños so I drained 2 tbsp of diced jalapeños from the jar. Even so only used ane tin of cream of craven soup, and added about 4 ounces of cheese to the rice & spinach mixture then lightly sprinkled a piffling cheese and breadcrumbs to the meridian. I saw one reviewer said this recipe doesn't need cheese and then I figured the amount it called for would be fine. When it had about 5 minutes left I turned the broiler on, set up a timer for a infinitesimal and a half watched to exist sure I didn't burn down it and pulled it out when the cheese turned a pretty gilded brown colour. The texture of the cheese had a piddling crunch. My husband said I need to add this to our regular rotation. If you lot attempt the broiler at the cease, delight be sure to sentinel over it equally it only takes just over a minute. Next time I may reduce the jalapeños from 2tbsp to 1 1/2 tbsp or I may continue 2 tbsp but do a loving cup and a half of rice. It was only a tad spicy which was fine only I would prefer the flavors to exist more balanced. Adept luck it's very easy, after you make this once yous tin can tweak to your liking every bit I know it will not be your last time making this.
eleven/xiv/2020
This was neat! I doubled the rive and cooked it up in a cast iron skillet (cut down on dishes). Will make again.
08/17/2015
I followed this recipe and I recommend omitting the common salt because of the craven soup, cheese and pepper makes this dish good. My husband liked this dish as well equally myself and we both agree it was too salty. I also used fresh spinach in information technology instead of frozen and that's what made it skilful. I am giving the recipe 3 stars because of the salt added in without the salt I would requite this recipe 4 stars
06/30/2009
Loved this! The flavor was amazing, enough said. Next time I'll use less jalapenos for those in the family who can't handle the spicy. Will make over again!
09/23/2008
I doubled this recipe, simply Not the spinach. It was perfect. I also used Foam of Mushroom soup instead of chicken. Will definately make again.
01/29/2013
It was good, but no one else in the family wanted it once again. Not picky eaters. I volition make it for myself again though. Thanks
03/16/2009
This was ok. It wasn't as tasty equally I thought it was going to be, but it was a dainty healthy side dish for the chicken we fabricated.
04/01/2013
This is a keeper! Just delicious. Merely changes I made were using 1 jalapeno pepper instead of 2 and substituting shredded cheddar for the processed cheese. Tastes vary, but we plant that 1 jalapeno pepper gave it plenty enough of a kick.
